How to Pay for your GMP Classes

College Credit

College Credit payments are processed by the Office of Student Accounts. The preferred method of payment is to use a credit card and pay online at the HUB student center. You can get to the HUB student center through your MyUB page. Here are detailed instructions on paying in the HUB. Note that the left menu may be hidden if your window is small. Use the '||' button to view it.

The Student Accounts website also has information on due dates and late fees. We will send an email to all families when registration is complete as a reminder to pay the bill. Note that the GMP office does not have access to information about your bills, and payments. We recommend that parents get signed up as Authorized Payers. Student accounts personnel are not able to discuss the account with parents who are not listed as Authorized Payers.

If you are not a permanent resident or H4 visa, you will be charged out-of-state rates. If you are a permanent resident or H4 visa, you may be asked to complete a New York State Residency Application in order to pay in-state rates.

Middle or High School Credit

The GMP middle/high school fee is $400 ($800 per year) and is processed through the GMP office. Use this online payment link to pay your bill. Note that this fee is not considered as college tuition for tax purposes.

Payment plans are available upon request. Contact us if you would like to use a payment plan or to request financial assistance.

Refund Policy

This policy applies to Middle and High School tuition. For college credit tuition, please refer to the student accounts financial liability deadlines.
  • A refund of 75% of tuition will apply when a student withdraws prior to the end of the 2nd week of GMP classes in the semester.
  • A refund of 50% of tuition will apply when a student withdraws prior to the middle of the semester.
  • If a student withdraws after the middle class of a semester, tuition is not refunded.
